Hiroaki Honda
CEO
An engineer and researcher working across both software development and AI research. He founded Kande Inc. in 2021, working in contract development and R&D. He currently researches Physical AI (World Models, deep reinforcement learning, robotics) at the Matsuo-Iwasawa Lab, the University of Tokyo, while also serving as CTO of the AI policy-tech company Policy Innovation Japan.

Graduated from the School of Computing, Institute of Science Tokyo (formerly Tokyo Institute of Technology), majoring in computer architecture and embedded systems, with research on hardware accelerators at the Kise Laboratory. Currently a master's student in the Department of Technology Management for Innovation, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo.
Past Ventures
Founded Kande Inc. in 2021. Served as CTO/CMO of Ever Growth Inc. from 2023 to 2025, and in 2024 exited the company's reuse business through a business sale.
